  1. Out of Population error hint: One or more of the population of students does not match the certification of the teacher. Remember-populations are assigned based on the student roster and cannot be changed using the Population ID dropdown. Exceptional Children Education (ECE) Teachers with a LBD certificate teach a specific disability (SLD), emotional Behavior disability (EBD), and Mild Mental Disability (MMD)

Remember-populations are assigned based on the student roster and cannot be changed using he Population ID dropdown Exceptional Children Education (ECE) Teachers with a MSD certificate can teach moderately severe disability (MSD), and Functional Mild disability (FMD)

  3. Out of Population error hint: One or more of the population of students does not match the certification of the teacher. Remember-populations are assigned based on the student roster and cannot be changed using he Population ID dropdown If an ECE class has a gifted, ESL, or Speech Impaired population change the Special Type indicator on the drop down to Multiple Disabilities in Infinite Campus. If an ECE class has an ECE student outside of the teachers certification assign the collaborating teacher that works with the primary teacher in Infinite Campus under Support Staff. If an ECE class contains a general education student on the roster check for active special education enrollment flag, unlocked IEP, or non-overlapping IEP s. If a class has a general education population but has a special education student, gifted student, or ESL student on the roster, attach the appropriate collaborating teacher.

  4. Verify ECE Sections are setup correctly Only roster students with IEPs into sections ending with a 5 in the 7th spot Special Type = 05: Special Education Classroom Population ID = 07:Multiple Disabilities or other disability depending on student disabilities. Tip, Don t just do first semester, complete this for 2nd Semester or additional trimesters.
