MANAGING LIFE & STAYING SANE What Does Life Look Like Outside of Studying? NO ONE will (or should) study for 24-hours in the day, for the next two (2) weeks. At some point, one must make time to accommodate non-exam related activities, events, or other random items. Write out a short list of priorities. For Example: Sleep/Eat Study (Obviously) Breaks (Yes, It s OK!) https://firstyear.mit.edu/tutoring-support/study-tips/tooling-and- studying/tooling-and-studying-effective-breaks Go to Work (Common for bar takers who still work) Partner/Child Facetime Create a DAILY hour-by-hour schedule All hours need to be accounted for in some fashion (BE DETAILED!) Should encompass your actual study schedule Leave wiggle room for the just in case events
