Multiple Abusers Updated 06/01/2023
Recording multiple abusers is functionality introduced in release 1.28 available from March 2022. Services interested in using this piece of functionality can raise a case with Enclude Support quoting Enable multiple abusers Activation requires moving abuser details from the enquiry/contact/assessment pages and placing them in a new Abuse Details related list. Estimated time to resolve this case is 1-2h.
When recording Enquiry, abuse details entered on the Enquiry form will be moved to a special Abuse Details record.
To record abuse details from the Contact record, use the new button on the Abuse Details related list. On the resulting screen, enter details of the abuse. Note: If there is more than one abuser to be recorded, click the Save and New button and enter details for the other abuser. Otherwise just click the Save button.
If you subsequently create an assessment for the client, the abuse details will be available in the Abuse Details tab and can also be entered from here. Note that the Parent Contact referred to is simply the Contact record of the client, it has nothing to do with parenting/children. This is Salesforce terminology that we are unable to change.
Reporting There are special reports to use when recording multiple abusers is enabled. Abuse type is a multi-select picklist. Because of this, there needs to be a separate report for every type of abuse. Enclude created a sample report for physical abuse. You can use it as a template to create reports on further abuse types. Create a copy of Clients experiencing Physical Abuse report using Save As option. Then adjust the filters in the report.
