Reviewing/Updating Your Schools Profile Data in EPC Julie Tritt Schell PA E-rate Coordinator February 2016
Where to Find My List of Schools On your Landing Page (always click on the USAC Logo to get to your Landing Page) Use the arrow buttons to page through your school list
How to See a Schools Profile Data From your Landing Page... Click on a school s name to see their profile data.
Checking a Schools Profile If data is not correct, click on Manage Organization to edit.
If You See This Error.. If you receive a Permission Not Granted Error: The school is associated with a different "parent" in EPC You must call USAC at 888-203-8100 and have them fix the problem Explain to them the error you received, and that the EPC system is identifying this school (or schools) as being with the wrong parent. Make sure they fix the problem while you're on the phone and link these schools to your BEN.
Returning to the List of Schools To review the next school s data, return to the Landing Page by clicking on the USAC Logo in the top left corner
Who Can Do What? Call USAC to... Add or remove a school or admin building Resolve a Permission Not Granted error 888-203-8100 Calling USAC is much faster than Creating a Case and waiting for a reply Do it yourself in Manage Organization to... Update a building s profile data Update enrollment/NSLP data
