  2. Angular span changed from 120 to 120 2* 0.07 End rib width reduced 1mm (from 12.7mm to 11.7mm) so that electronics space is not reduced 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 2

  3. Angular span changed to 119.86 Side top cover reduced by 2x 0.07 from 45 Screw to edge distance reduced from 4.3mm to 3.3 mm o Counterbore (6.35mm) is now 0.125 mm away from edge o Should we make it a U shape open to the edge? 5 screws each edge. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 3

  4. Side cover Minor adjustment to O-ring to keep it about the same place relative to ribs. Distance to inner/outer arcs are the same: 8.6mm Distance to short edges reduced by 1mm = 7.6mm o O-ring is parallel to edges (as opposed to radial direction) 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 4

  5. ~1 mm gap between mid and side covers Mid cover is not changed (still 29.9542 !), gap mainly from reduction of side cover. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 5

  6. Other angular changes Inner ring: top, bottom, plastic all reduced by 2x 0.07 Outer ring reduced by 2x 0.07 Hole patterns adjusted to match top covers almost the same as before, only very small adjustments due to constant distance / constant angle shift. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 6

  7. Survey monument area and 2mm dowel holes are changed to flat bottom, 10mm deep. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 7

  8. Panel combination Added 4 clearance holes and 4 counterbore holes for combining panels at edges. 4-40 counterbore holes 4-40 clearance holes 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 8

  9. Panel combination 0.5 screws goes from opposite panel into threaded holes in end rib. Same holes are shared by top cover. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 9

  10. Panel combination Need to line up: top cover end rib base plate opposite panel to within standard #4 screw clearance. 11/03/14 Chiho Wang 10
