  2. EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION & ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ECEAP) Goal of ECEAP is to provide free preschool to qualifying families by addressing the needs of the whole child to ensure gains are sustained. Manson offers preschool to all 4 year olds in the Manson Community Manson School District is the contractor for both the Manson and Lake Chelan ECEAP programs 50 ECEAP slots are provided with 26 going to Lake Chelan and 24 to Manson Typical total preschool numbers are 45 each year 2017-2018 preschool numbers are 29 (3 and 4 year olds w/ 20 moving to Kinder) 2018-2019 projected preschool numbers (after April Child Find) are currently at 34

BUDGET Total Budget is $383,402 $174,940 LCSD Operations $171,764 Teaching (Food Services, Salaries, Benefits, Supplies, Purchased Services) $34,548 Administrative (Salaries, Benefits, Contracted Services) $350 Health Supplies $850 Professional Development $950 Technology (Equipment and program Apps)

SERVICE DELIVERY PLAN Two to Three classrooms with 16 three and four year old students in each classroom Student population is made up of: ECEAP, Special Education and Community Children There is one Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher in each classroom (10:1 ratio) Access to special education services Preschool year is 33 weeks; 121 days of school Half-day schedule; 3 hours/day and 4 days/week (T-F) Lead teachers are also the Family Support Specialists

  6. PARTNERSHIPS Community Partnerships Hospital, Fire Department, Library, Parks Dept., Thrive, Chelan Valley Hope, Food Bank, WIC office Health Advisory Committee First year for Lake Chelan and Manson local resources Parent Policy Council Twice a year; includes both sites
