CDBG/HOME/HOME-ARP application is available on the county website (Due on February 7, 2022) CDBG and HOME Programs (marion.or.us) For CDBG only 15% of funds can be used for Public Services ($234,179.10/year) CAP Offering a new program Expansion of an existing program All of HOME-ARP can be used for Public Services and does not have a CAP

One time Funding Source for a 10-Year Period starting 9/20/2021-9/30/2030 Requires an Allocation Plan to be submitted as part of the Annual Action Plan to Year 1 (For the county this will not be submitted until the fall with our CAPER so it really will be for Program Years 2023 and beyond) 30 Day comment period is required once the plan is created
Continuum of Care Homeless and Domestic Violence service providers Veterans groups Public Housing Agencies Public Agencies that address the needs of the Qualifying Populations Public or Private organizations that address fair housing, civil rights, and the needs of persons with disabilities
Rental Housing Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Supportive Services Acquisition and Development of Non- Congregate Shelter Nonprofit Operating and Capacity Building Assistance
Homeless At-Risk of Homelessness Fleeing, or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking Other Populations where providing supportive services or assistance would prevent a family s homelessness or would serve those with the greatest risk of housing instability Veterans and Families that include a Veteran Family Members (Have to meet the criteria above to be eligible)
