Who, what, where, when, why, how? Use both broad research and focused research together to answer these questions. Broad Research: defining the general problem and possible solutions (CQ Researcher, Opposing Viewpoints, Gale Reference Library, Google Search) Researching a Focused Location (City/ Town/ Region): who faces the problem? for how long? what details are relevant here? (Access World News, Newsbank, Google News).
