PILOT PROVIDER APPLICATION A new email has been developed to support MIHP efforts related to pilots and advisory groups. Applications must be submitted by Monday, October 17, 2022 Application attached to MIHP Important Update September 22nd MDHHS-MIHP- MDHHS-MIHP-Advisory@michigan.gov MDHHS-MIHP-Advisory@michigan.gov Advisory@michigan.gov Pilot participation will be limited MIHP Providers will be selected to ensure a diverse provider group is represented. All pilot applicants will receive notification of a decision by the end of October.
MIHP PROVIDER INTEGRATION: PILOT Pilot Functionality Expected Risk Identifier (Health Assessment) Pilot CC360 functionality will mirror MIHP Application Newly designed Health Assessment will be integrated into CC360 Professional Visit Progress Note (Maternal, Infant and Lactation) Discharge Summary Report Tab (PDF functionality) Beneficiary Search Beneficiary Lists Administrative Page Personnel Roster Management Additional functionality and integration with other systems will be available as developed throughout 2023.
