Why do need to generate revenue ? Why do need to generate revenue ? To make the Center self-sufficient and sustain activities beyond the lifetime of the project
Means of Generating Revenue Means of Generating Revenue Services a.) Oligosynthesizer ACEGID scientists help researchers design and synthesize their primers locally. b.) Polymerase Chain Reaction (Conventional and Quantitative) Researchers send their samples to the ACEGID lab for PCR experiments to identify resistance gene markers, SNP analysis, etc. c.) Genetic Analyzer For Targeted sequencing and fragment analysis d.) MiSeq & HiSeq For whole genome/exome sequencing and for higher data throughput, scientists can send their samples to the ACEGID lab at a cost reasonably cheaper than what is availabe outside the country.
