WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT FUND The Workforce Development Fund (WDF) is funded by Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and disseminated by Skills for Care through WDF Partnerships across England The fund is financial support for organisations towards the costs of workers completing a broad range qualifications, learning programs, apprenticeships and digital learning modules while they are supporting Adult Social Care You can claim up to 2000 per employee in any one WDF Year - What would that mean to your training budget? https://www.skillsforcare.org.uk/Learning- development/Funding/Workforce-Development-Fund/Workforce- Development-Fund.aspx
Care & Support West WDF Partnership Care & Support West are into the 3rdyear of managing the WDF Partnership covering Bristol, South Gloucester and North Somerset. Last year we supported 96 organisations, make claims valuing a total of 30,000 This year we have been allocated 50,000 https://www.careandsupportwest.com/workforce-development-fund
How the WDF Partnership can Help? We keep you updated on any new training programmes introduced by Skills for Care We tell you when you are eligible to claim. We support you with any - How Do I questions? The best bit is - we do the hard work, vet and process your claim and credit your bank with the funds.
