A Little About Me: At Verizon: Started: Network Engineer Became: Project Manager And now? Product Owner: Global Network and Management End to End Automation Big dreamer and always loved solving problems and helping people Entrepreneur minded: If you can think it you can do it! How Did I Get Here? Internships Started at George Mason University, VA Studied Bioengineering .. But some things went wrong We learn from failures and bad luck Never give up! Studied Music Performance in Oboe Studies Finished with a degree in Information System and Operations Management (ISOM) and a concentration in Big Data and Data Warehousing It took me 7 years but I didn t give up! Advice: It s okay to be scared of the unknown you re growing and shaping your life Never stop learning! Never stop listening! School/Certifications/Classes of any kind are a great way to start and keep going Listen and ask about other people s journeys you d be surprised on what you learn Failure is not something to be scared of but something to expect Find the journey that works for you.
