Meetings Progress reports A brief report of the activities carried out must be sent to FREIA every week Follow up meetings Kick-off meeting: 10th May at FREIA 1st follow up meeting: 21st June at Cryo Diffusion s premises Following meeting: after review of drawings (August) Combined with some meetings: longer stays for FREIA personnel to get to know the system while is being built 21st June 2016 2

Tests Dimensional controls Complete cryostat and control system Safely work in all modes of operation Switch between modes of operation Proper reaction to interlock signals Produce interlocks to the cryogenic system Helium leak tests after three thermal shocks Vacuum performance of VB and VCS Pressure tests for the cold vessel Correct assembly of all parts and the VCS with the different inserts All tests must be followed by documentation Prior to testing: protocol for testing After testing - Results - Compliance to specifications - If deviations observed, the nature of the deviations and the proposed solutions Correct lifting of all equipment VB VCS with each insert Control system: functional tests of all valves, instrumentation, etc 4 21st June 2016
