Meetings for feedback Prepare well Have your specific observations in hand along with the reasons for changing behavior including the impact on others. Time feedback meetings well Give feedback soon after you observe the behavior. Offer possible times, have them do so as well. Go with their suggestions if possible. Have a time limit.
