Regional Meeting Updates MYL Insurance Fee raised to $45 Season Schedule (See next slide) First Classic Games: March 30 Select TBD (usually before Classic, but may not be the case) Only 1 game the week of April Vacation (other weekend is Easter) Early Start backs up all other deadlines (team registration) Option to run a 6-week program for K-2 instead of 8 weeks, starting 2 weeks later) Programs need to volunteer for a regional task I volunteered again to be on the competition committee for our region Town Program Registration Open October 1st. I registered our boys and girls program (Cost $900)

Final Session this past Sunday. 36 kids in total, with decent attendance throughout (5 weeks is key). First Stick Wrap-up High School help was great again this year and we had 5 great Sundays weatherwise Offering an additional $5 off registration kids that played First Stick, when they register for the Spring season. All Fees collected/paid in full (Need to watch the cash option for registration and track it)

Sticks in Hand Grant and Santa Parade Applied for Sticks in Hand application 5 boys and 5 girls sticks to jumpstart our First Stick program in 2025 We won this a couple of years ago as well (disclosed that when I applied) We run a First Stick program each fall for boys and girls in K-8th grade. This is a 5 week program where we introduce the players to the game of lacrosse, with the hopes that they sign up for the spring season. We average 30-40 kids per year in the program and we run it to break even from a cost perspective, or even take a small loss. We charge $80 for K-4 and our costs include a regulation JR stick, insurance for the 5 week program, and a T-shirt for each kid. Having the donated sticks would help offset our costs and offer the program free for 10 kids. Santa Parade Saturday, November 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM Final Ride for our Stadium Float .. In discussions with Haus to run a 1 night per week program January/February No cost to our league. Paid to Haus Asked them to focus on stick skills. Other Gym rentals With our first games March 30th we may not get many (or any) practices in outside before our 1st game. We need to try to secure indoor time for teams (high school field house may still be our best option) Winter Programs
