WHAT MI NEIGHBORHOOD CURRENTLY IS NOT: Demolition Program Predevelopment Program Commercial Structures Program/Mixed-Use Downtown Program (HOUSING-ONLY INVESTMENTS) Land Contract Assistance Supportive Housing Program Multi-Family activities funded with other Authority resources Previous NHID Programs MSHDA Mod, M3, NEP, NSP-PI, MICH, MI-HOPE, SHRP, CHILL If an application is under review or a contract is in place for the same activity requested from non-NHID MSHDA programs, each program has its own requirements and must be rescinded prior to NHID application.   9. GOALS Find ways to bridge statewide service area gaps need for more agencies undertaking housing activities at the local level. Find ways to actively engage agencies with expenditure at the local level of CDBG program income dollars.
