Management. Offices and equipment. Budget. Marketing team. Technical support for experiments. Activities: Preforming basic research. Educating next generation of scientists in Extended Relativity. Performing experiments supporting the theory. Submitting research grant proposals. Public lectures and seminars. Popularizing of the subject via Internet. Developing industrial applications. Outcomes: Research papers, reports and books. New generation of scientists working of extended relativity and its applications. Patents on new technologies.

Writing proposals for experiments supporting the theory. Marketing the project Outcomes: Several published papers with young researchers. Several short films presenting the theory. A full project plan. Raising budget for next stage.

Publications which will increase the research status of JCT. Media exposure will help to add to the image of JCT a new dimension of a producer of basic research.
