In a series of experiments, observations were made on starch metabolism, oxygen needs, and gram staining of bacteria. Evaluations were conducted on bacteria's ability to metabolize starch, survive with or without oxygen, and cell wall thickness. Results showed Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis presence. Conclusions focused on starch metabolism.
