WHAT YOU ASKED How can I run faster? Frankie Sprints and Strengthening Strength and Practice How can I kick the ball harder? Aria Strength and Practice How do you punt farther? Ben The rainbow flick involves using one foot to roll up the ball on the other leg (usually up the calf), before using the other leg to lob, or flick, the ball over the head of the opponent you're facing. How do you do a rainbow move? Reid Practice Speed, Agility, and Quickness How do you kick and turn well? Ben The player launches his body backwards in the air by lifting the non-kicking foot first, followed by swinging the other foot upwards - like a cycling motion - and connecting with the ball while still airborne. The hands are then used to balance the body and absorb the impact when the body falls back on the ground. How do you do the bicycle kick? Sawyer
