Mini-Grants Competition for Business in Ukraine

Mini-grants competition for business
Contest objectives: Objective 1 Strengthening the economic capacity of existing small and medium-sized enterprises in the target communities under martial law in Ukraine Objective 2 Creation of new jobs
Mini-grants in numbers 100 of business ideas will receive support 2 000 000 EUR 20 000 EUR total budget of the grant competition for the purchase of equipment and materials The budget of the business plan is prepared and submitted in hryvnia equivalent, and procurement is made in hryvnia equivalent at the NBU exchange rate.
The grant is not provided in cash, only equipment and materials
We invite to participate: legal entities private enterprises limited liability companies agricultural cooperatives farming enterprises municipal enterprises individual entrepreneurs - citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 70 operating for at least 3 months (exceptions for war veterans and family members of military personnel - at least 2 months) prior to the announcement of the competition and want to expand or improve their business activities.
Cannot participate in the competition: Individuals who are not registered as entrepreneurs 1 Business entities that: 2 are organizations, pension funds, professional securities market participants, pawnshops; are non-residents of provided by international treaties of Ukraine; manufacture and/or sell weapons, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, and exchange currencies; declared bankrupt or subject to bankruptcy proceedings; credit organizations, investment insurance non-state are in the process of liquidation of a legal entity or termination of entrepreneurial individual entrepreneur; submitted knowingly documents when applying for a grant; have debts to the budget, the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and compulsory state social insurance funds; have debt on loans/borrowings; operate on the uncontrolled territory of Ukraine. funds, activity of an false information and Ukraine, except as

Mandatory Terms and Conditions The participant successfully completed the training program "Heading towards the Independence The participant took part in a survey from the organizers of the Competition The participant has submitted for consideration the relevant documents 9.6. specified in the Regulations on the "Heading towards the Independence" grant competition The participant is ready and willing to attend the presentation event and/or present his/her idea to the members of the Selection Committee in another way determined by the organizers The participant meets the requirements of clauses 3.1-3.4. defined in the Regulations on the "Heading towards the Independence" grant competition The topic of the business idea corresponds to the theme of the Contest - food production, agricultural processing, agriculture The participant agrees that, from the moment of signing the contract, he is obliged to transfer 10% of the grant amount to the manufactured products or, at the request of the community, it may be other food products in favor of people in need to the "food bank" of the target community within 10 months after the implementation of the business plan.

Package of documents for obtaining a grant: Business plan in the form of a competition, presentation; Providing a copy of the company`s charter (if available); Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations; Provide a copy of the order and/or protocol on the appointment of the director (provided to confirm the director's authority to sign the agreement); Extract from the register of single tax payers (if available); a letter of cooperation with the community where the participant is registered, on the transfer of free manufactured products within 10 months, which is 10% of the grant amount; A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (1, 2 pages and place of registration); A copy of the individual tax number; Certificate absence of loan arrears; from the bank confirming the Supplier's price offer for the purchase of equipment according sample. to the established Providing documents on the ownership/lease of premises or land;
