ITEMS OF WORK ALLOCATED 1. Cadre Management of CSS/CSSS/CSCS in the Ministry and its attached offices 2. Establishment & Personnel matters relating to Officers and staff viz., promotion, transfer/posting, pay fixation, pension, advances etc. 3. Matters relating to AIS and other Group A Service Officers. 4. Domestic Training, In-house training and Career Training Programmes. 5. Maintenance of APARs. MACPS, LTC, leave,
ITEMS OF WORK ALLOCATED 6. Amendments to Allocation of Business Rules and Transaction of Business Rules in respect of MoWR, RD & GR. 7. Monitoring and Implementation of Reservation Policy.
ACHIEVEMENTS DURING 2015-16 1. ISO 9001:2008 Certification for 16 Sections of the Admn & GW Wing. 2. Successful implementation initiatives such as e-leave, Bhavishya, AEBAS, SPARROW, Employee Master Database (EMD). 3. Training and Capacity Building of more than 200 officers/officials. 4. Organized 20 in-house need based trainings. of e-Governance
ACHIEVEMENTS DURING 2015-16 5. Service verification certificates issued to all the employees who completed 18 years of qualifying service. 6. Uploading of all the Recruitment Rules in so far as the Admn. Section is concerned in the Ministry s website. 7. No grievance petition, MP/VIP Reference are pending.
ACTION PLAN FOR 2016-17 1. Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Certification in the PP & EA Wing of the Ministry. 2. Deputing more officers/officials for various training. 3. Conducting more in-house trainings. 4. Training of all officials for implementation of e- office. 5. Timely action for filling up of anticipated vacancies.
INNOVATIVE/NEW INITIATIVES PLANNED FOR 2016-17 Transition from ISO 9001:2008 Certification to ISO 9001:2015. Digitization of Service Records Adoption of e-Office Adaptation to HRMS ISO Certification of remaining Wings Printing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Ready Reckoner. Delegation of Administrative & Financial Powers in the Ministry. Finalization of Training Plans
SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT Filling up of all the vacant posts Training and better exposure to all the officials Availability of sufficient space for the staff and officers
