Kids She had 9 kids all of the being the muses. The dad was Zeus. During a 9 day stretch Mnemesyne laid with Zeus every night and had a kid every time. Residence She presided over a pool in hades that was the counter part to the river Lethe Lost souls came to drink from the lethe river so if they were reincarnated they would forget their past life.
Interesting Fact # 1 Most Titans were not worshiped however she was. Before writing all poems were told orally and most had a nod to Mnemesyne so that they could remember the poem. Dear Mnemesyne please let me remember this monologue. Space... The final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. It's continuing mission, to explore strange new worlds. To seek out new life and new civilizations. To boldly go where no one has gone before.
Interesting fact # 2 Mnemosyne was one of the deities worshiped by the cult of asclepius. This was around 5th century BC. Their last prayer before sleeping was to her so that they could remember their dreams.
