Both "Tiendas por Departamento Ripley. S.A." from Per and Comercial Eccsa S.A from Chile have adopted the C1 system which modernizes foreign exchange workflow and communication between Vendors and Ripley s collaborators, for a more efficient and transparent process of PI s and PO s, Automated Operation Files generation and management. Corporate Penalty Policies term and conditions: 1. Goods shipped without LPN s Applies to Solid and Curved pack type without LPN label. Policy starts from December 2019 shipments onwards. Penalty for Chile and Per : $5 USD x BOX *Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty if LPN s, Packing Instructions, Packing List Templates are not available at least 60 days before PO shipment date (LSD). 2. Goods shipped with wrong LPN s Applies when vendor deliver goods with LPN s that are not generated by the C1 system unless Ripley s team indicates corrections. Applies when vendor delivers goods with LPN s that are not detailed in the packing list uploaded into the C1 system. Applies to Solid and Curved pack type. Policy starts from December 2019 shipments onwards. Penalty for Chile and Per : $5 USD x BOX *Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty if LPN s, Packing Instructions, Packing List Templates are not available at least 60 days before PO shipment date (LSD).
3. POs with Curved Packing instruction but packed and shipped as Solid Applies when PO s are instructed to be packed as curved but vendor packed and shipped goods as Solid. Policy starts from December 2019 shipments. Penalty for Chile and Per : $10 USD for each CURVED BOX that wasn t packed correctly. *Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty if LPN s, Packing Instructions, Packing List Templates are not available at least 60 days before PO shipment date (LSD). ** Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty if Ripley s team authorizes solid shipment (only by written notice i.e. by email. 4. Packing list not Uploaded to C1 when goods are shipped with LPN s Applies to Solid and Curved pack type with corresponding LPN and PL template available in C1 system. Packing list upload deadline is COB (Cargo on Board) date. Policy starts from December 2019 shipments onwards. Penalty for Chile and Per apply both when PL are late or the cost and units details are wrong:
Exclusive Terms & Conditions In reference of penalty 4: If PO s are not uploaded as Packing Lists on the C1 system by the COB date deadline, then the goods won t be authorized to be shipped. In reference of penalty 4: Any shipment delays due to packing list upload delays will translate in policy 4 penalties and additional delay penalty policies. In reference of all penalties: Per Packing Instructions are sent by Per Team. *Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty if LPN s, Packing Instructions, Packing List Templates are not available at least 60 days before PO shipment date (LSD). **Vendor will be excluded of the above penalty, if C1 system problem is reported before due date and a Ripley s Collaborator authorizes the excuse. 5. Goods are packed inconsistent to the packing instructions given. Applies to Solid and Curved pack type. Vendors should arrange master packs, inners, curves and number of curves per box following the packing instructions given by Chile and Per . Policy starts from December 2019 shipments onwards.
