Projected Tax Impact Debt from previous projects will be falling off in 2025-26 and 2027-28, which will account for approximately half of the overall project cost The District is also able to use fund balance and reserves to limit the impact on taxpayers This includes using money currently in the District s Debt Service Fund and in the Tax Reduction Reserve which was funded by the sale of the Remsen Street property in 2021 The projected impact on taxpayers for this project is expected to be low, with a maximum impact of less than $10 per year for six years, starting in the 2025-26 school year for a property valued at $150,000
