  3. Morrow County Initial Budget Request TTL requested $2,471,756 Morrow County Allocation: $924,517 Exceeding allocation: $1,547,239 3

  4. OAC Subcommittee Concerns How will Community Counseling Services (CCS) reduce the funding amount to meet the county allocation? CCS reduced staffing (4.48 FTE reduced from 9 FTE) MAT Psychiatrist and MAT Nurse FTE will be leveraged from other sources. Reduced staffing results in less office space/rent costs. All BHRN services from original proposal will still be covered. How will CCS meet the M 110 values related to housing? Each person served through the Morrow County BHRN will be screened for housing needs. Housing assistance will be individualized and low-barrier. Housing options will include emergency and long-term/permanent. Harm-reduction approaches will be embraced. - Relapse will not impact long term housing placement. 4

Budget Reconciliation Initial request: $ 2,471,756 Reduction New BHRN project budget $ 924,517 Amount over/(under) allocation -0- ($1,547,239) Additional budget considerations: FTE, rent and capital costs all reduced. CCS still offering robust client services including community outreach, reach-in services, rental assistance, housing assistance vouchers, and personal hygiene supplies. 5
