ZOOM GUIDELINES 1) VISIBLE ATTIRE DURING CONFERENCES MUST BE APPROPRIATE ACCORDING TO THE MORSE HIGH SCHOOL AND SAN DIEGO UNIFIED DRESS CODE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES. HATS ARE ALLOWED, BUT ANY ATTIRE WHICH IS DISTRACTING OR OFFENSIVE IS PROHIBITED. 2) MAKE SURE THE BACKGROUND BEHIND YOU IS WORK-APPROPRIATE 3)TO THE BST OF YOUR ABILITY, ELIMINATE DISTRACTIONS FROM YOUR AREA.. 4) STUDENT REMARKS AND BEHAVIOR MUST BE SCHOOL-APPROPRIATE. NO PROFANITY, OFFENSIVE REMARKS OR GESTURES, INAPPROPRIATE VISUAL MATERIALS, OR BEHAVIOR THAT DETRACTS FROM THE MEETING IS ALLOWED. 5) STUDENTS ARE EXPECTED TO SHOW RESPECT AT ALL TIMES FOR THE TEACHER AND FOR FELLOW CLASSMATES. 6) DO NOT HAVE ANY UNNECESSARY NOISES IN THE BACKGROUND, SUCH AS MUSIC, TELEVISION, PETS, AND/OR NOISY FOOD OR BEVERAGES. MUTE YOURSELF WHEN NOT SPEAKING. 7) THE MEETINGS ARE RESTRICTED TO THE TEACHER AND STUDENTS ENROLLED IN THE CLASS. SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO VIEW THE MEETING. PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE WELCOME TO LOOK ON, BUT ARE ASKED TO BE PASSIVE OBSERVERS ONLY. NO FRIENDS (OUTSIDE OF THE CLASS) OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS, SUCH AS SIBLINGS, SHOULD PARTICIPATE OR BE ON CAMERA AT ANY TIME. 8) STUDENTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN ALL ZOOM MEETINGS, ALL 3 PERIODS ARE REQUIRED.
