  2. 2021 - 2022 Agreement Between MSD of Lawrence Township and The Lawrence Education Association

  3. Collective Bargaining Agreement New Hires will receive a 5.50% increase to all salary amounts. Cost $333,859 All teachers eligible (rated effective or highly effective) for a raise 5.50%base salary increase Cost $2,868,615 Retention Reward 1.0% to teachers 5 years and above in MSDLT to the base Cost $380,759 1.0% stipend to teachers 5 years and above Cost $380,759 If cash balance is 13M+ on December 31st, teachers hired by November 1st will receive a $250 stipend Cost $250,012

  4. Collective Bargaining Agreement Extracurricular Account (ECA) fund additions Cost $26,000 Match up to 3%. An additional .25% match to teachers 401(a) plan for the 2021-2022 school year contingent upon the February 2022 ADM count equaling or exceeding 75 newly enrolled students. Health Insurance increase of 8.9% MSDLT will absorb the cost of the laser and buy down the premium to 6% and LEA takes 5% of the premium increase and MSDLT takes 1% (effective February 1, 2022) Cost $1,852,574

  5. Collective Bargaining Agreement HSA Contributions remove from CBA Ancillary Compensation for Classroom Coverage For this school year only due to the shortage of substitutes. 2 Units = A half day compensatory time this school year. If not used it becomes a half sick day for next year. A unit = 1 Block for secondary and a full day for elementary. Beginning Nov 1, 2021 Total Cost $6,232,756

  6. Collective Bargaining Agreement of Language Emergency Leave Bank Wellness Incentive Jumpstart Summer School 2022 After School Tutoring Paternity/Co-Parent Leave (replaces Child Rearing) Prior work experience equivalence on new hire schedule Classroom Coverage compensatory time
