2024-26 Asset Preservation Pool-II $60M Request Murray State s portion of CPE requested $700M Asset Preservation Pool Funding is requested without a matching requirement If a match is required, Murray State will match from existing bond proceeds and restricted agency funds 2
Learning Commons with a Housing Component $38M Request Our students have a need for a collaborative learning environment specifically in the residential hall complex A recruitment and retention initiative for first-time students Spaces for studying, classrooms, tutoring, technology resources, and student meetings/teams The Learning Commons is intended to be at least an entire floor with residence hall rooms on upper floors 3
School of Nursing and Health Professions Building Phase II $11.6M Request The 2022-24 Budget of the Commonwealth funded $45.5M for a new Nursing and Health Professions Building Phase II will allow for the completion of the originally planned learning, laboratory and clinical space 4
