Status of Bid Document NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING FOR-PROCUREMENT OF GOODS AND RELATED SERVICES FOR SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, COMMISSIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF REAL TIME DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM IN CHHATTISGARH Bid Document submitted. Observation Network prepared and sent to NPMU, New Delhi for approval on 02 /06 /2017, appoval awaited. Bid document may kindly be approved except cost component, the same will be kept as per approval.
Status of Studies / PDS Following 2 Nos. revised PDS resubmitted to Nodal Agency NIH Rookee for approval. 1. Assessment of Crop Water Requirement for Selected Command in Mahanadi Basin of Chhattisgarh for Optimal Utilization of Irrigation Water . 2. Hydrological modeling for un-gauged catchments in Mahanadi Basin .
Status of Data entry in E-SWIS Rainfall and Gauge-discharge data of existing 4 Nos station from SWDES (period 2008- 2015) imported in to E-SWIS successfully. Work is in progress & Data of remaining stations will be imported in coming months.
Status of Hydromet Station ( SW) Reconciliation with state, CGWB, CWC, IMD etc. Observation Network prepared and sent to NPMU, New Delhi for their consideration /approval on 02/06 /2017, the same is awaited.
Status of WRIS Required support from MoWR, RD & GR New Delhi to establish WRIS in State.
Status Public Finance Management System (PFMS) Support and training required for State staff for PFMS.
Any other issues E-procurement system for state is still not finalised. Insurance of RTDAS field equipments is essential for safety. So this may be taken in to consideration during finalisation of Bid document.
