Summertime Fun in Cub Scouting Formerly the National Summertime Pack Award A new elective Adventure to keep Cub Scouts active during summer. Participation is encouraged to do one activity per month in June, July, and August.
How to Earn the Award How to Earn the Award Plan and conduct three activities from May to August Activities may include: Cub Scout Day Camp Cub Scout Resident Camp Custom pack activities Each den level (Tiger to Arrow of Light) has a unique award Submit the application to your local Council Service Center after the last activity in August This would be the Troy Scout Shop.
Benefits Benefits - - Why Earn the Award? Incentive for packs to stay active during the summer Youth and adult pack members can earn recognition Packs can receive: Certificate Flag ribbon Scouts who participate in all three pack events are eligible to receive the National Summertime Pack Award pin
