Reaching a crossroads already
How were reacting** Sticking to MS (for now) Data platform = Fabric increase use of AI, MS suite Build team capacity coalition of the willing being formalised Adoption & Change followed by Adoption & Change Monitoring usage & developing specific use cases ** not a recommendation!!
How that might change MS / copilot / foundry integration may be limited by suppliers Need to decide when to look elsewhere Off the shelf solutions versus developed Digital skills will increase over time The AI solutions are developing exponentially The digital team needs to be different
Ignore the AI bit AI is a tool within a digital strategy Keep focussed on data & infrastructure An AI An AI Strategy? Strategy? Get the collateral right document everything! Try and keep ahead of the curve (or at least not too far behind it!) It won t all work organisational acceptance

The next 12 months The next 12 months I ll be wrong but I ll give it a go: Agents take over more workloads Lines are drawn in terms of integration Key time in the change curve More success using AI in our data to analyse and predict
