NeoMate: Wearable System for Neonatal Movement Monitoring
A wearable system named NeoMate is designed for live monitoring and logging of movement in neonates, aiding in assessing and quantifying movements, particularly important for early neural condition detection. The system features sensors on the limbs, automated real-time data logging, cloud-based storage, and future enhancements like more sensors and Bluetooth connectivity. NeoMate provides a crucial tool for sensory feedback in neonatal care, with potential applications in conditions such as cerebral palsy.
