  8. Sign & Symptoms Mainly Albumin 40 g/m2/body square meter/24hr Proteinuria <2.5 g/dl 3.5 5 gm/dl (Normal) Hypoalbuminemia Hyperlipidemia Mainly LDL & VLDL
