Why a network : Unite many different people with common interests and wishes; Form of communication in various fields; Tool to exchange and share information and knowledge integrate time and resources of the members;
To become a network: Trust between members; Voluntary participation; Willingness to share knowledge, personal achievements; Readiness to support and help other to achieve their goals; React quickly.
Potential results of networking: Creating an effective community win-win Community of creative professionals (teachers, researchers, experts, ) which main aim is to increase quality of education Fortune and wealth are in diversity - aim could be achieved in different ways and methods

The needs of alternative teaching methods: Period of appearance is not accidental but regular, natural based on: Practical needs; Many teachers started to look for new ways to teach, but the mainstream is similar -to create equal teaching environment for pupils in their great variety and to achieve better results; Development of the scientific knowledge and available transfer it to practical tools
