Escalation System Escalation System Our escalation system is one of the ways that helps us monitor student engagement in the following areas: Attendance Contacts Performance Student Progress Lesson Completion First and last lesson & assessment completion Total lessons behind Projected End Date % of missing attendance Participation metric in comparison to recorded attendance Too many vacation days recorded. Most recent phone call & LiveLesson Number of contacts per week. Date of last attempted call Days since last login Connected to student grades and performance on daily assignments and assessments.

20 20- -21 Culture Shift 21 Culture Shift EVERY STUDENT WILL BE PLACED IN A TRACK TO GRADUATE COLLEGE & CAREER READY EVERY NCA TEACHER WILL MONITOR HOW EACH STUDENT IMPACTS THE NSPF COURSEWORK WILL BE SUPPLEMENTED WITH ACT-BASED TESTING SKILLS COURSE COMPLETION, INTERVENTION AND CREDIT ACCRUAL WILL BE AREAS OF FOCUS STUDENT INDIVIDUALIZED PLANS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AND REVIEWED TO MATCH STUDENT INTERESTS ENGAGEMEMT WILL BE MONITORED DAILY AND OWNED BY EVERY SCHOOL EMPLOYEE
