What is New Mexico Appleseed? What is New Mexico Appleseed? New Mexico Appleseed is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, dedicated to attacking the root causes of poverty and cultivating broad, permanent change that prevents it. 2

Addressing Childhood Hunger Addressing Childhood Hunger When schools were mandated to close in early 2020, Appleseed ensured over 200,000 kids ages zero to eighteen had access to USDA meals.
