  3. Need for new training possibilities DTO Safety issues More and affordable training possibilities adds more safety Simpler system for organisations providing training for non-commercial pilot licences

  4. DTO declared training organisation 02.09.2018 Declaration of activities CAA functions overview and supervising Auditing at least every 72 months Annual overview by declarant Training syllabus same as ATO Possible one man business, less costs and more benefits. At this moment 2 DTO-s
