Company Background US-based manufacturer of semiconductor technologies Owner/CEO Robert Patti Decades of experience with advanced packaging HQ in Illinois, with operations in North Carolina (fabrication) and Westgate (DOD-dedicated facility)
Project Background There is a push to on-shore critical semiconductor technology This project is an advanced packaging semiconductor facility addressing the commercial market. NHanced expects to lease space from Cook Medical, 301 N Curry Pike, Bloomington, IN The building requires upgraded cleanroom space and would be equipped with microelectronics manufacturing/R&D equipment.
New Positions NHanced anticipates this project would create 250 high-paying jobs Key positions would include management, engineering, and production associates. Average wages would be >$100,000 (before benefits) A full benefits package including medical/dental insurance and retirement would be provided to all FT employees. Training employees will be a key to this project s success.
Investment The bulk of the investment would be in microelectronics manufacturing/R&D equipment, including Lithography equipment Etch equipment Deposition equipment Bonding equipment Other related microelectronics equipment Additional investments would be made in the building, cleanroom equipment, and IT equipment.
Project Benefits Investment in an underutilized building. Creation of high-paying jobs. Collaboration on advanced technology with local universities and school systems. Possibility of critical vendors/suppliers locating nearby.
