Election of Officers Proposed Officers Laura Nesbitt / Wendy VanDeVeen Co-Chairs Karen Umbach - Swimming Coordinator Brenda Stensland Diving Coordinator Judy Sharkey - Treasurer Shannon McKenna- Secretary At-Large Board Member Positions We are looking for at-large board member positions that can participate in meets and assist existing board members with general tasks, with the intent of taking on other board roles in the future Can be any current member of your club that is interested in helping to maintain a strong, competitive and fun summer swim conference. 3

Swimming League Dual Meet Schedule All Leagues between dual meet season on Saturday, June 24th All teams have an 8 meet dual schedule A and B leagues have 2 Cross Division meets 10
Swim Team Schedule A League *1 Because Woodbridge Sea Wolves cannot host their meet at Woodbridge Community Center unless it s a Saturday eve meet, meet will be held at Cranford, but it s a Woodbridge Sea Wolves Home meet; Woodbridge Sea Wolves will provide timers and officials as if it s their Home Mee 11

Swimming League Reminders for 2023 Note like last year: If annual dues aren t submitted to the Conference Treasurer prior to the first dual meet, the conference will not sanction any dual meets for the teams in violation. If insurance forms aren t submitted to your League Coordinator prior to the first dual meet, the conference will not sanction any dual meets for the teams in violation. If rosters aren t submitted to your League Coordinator prior to the first dual meet, the conference will not sanction any dual meets for the teams in violation. If a team does not submit their dual meet results online within 1 week of the meet, the meet will be considered a loss for purposes of final standings. 15
Swimming League Reminders for 2023 Like last year: A swimmer must compete in a minimum of 4 dual meets in order to be eligible to swim in the Championship meet. A swimmer must compete in a minimum of 4 dual meets in order to be eligible to swim in the Conference meet. Swimmers must legally swim an event at least once in order to compete in that event at the Championship meet, or in the Conference meet. Any dual meet that completes 22 events will be considered official, although coaches may agree to continue the meet at a later date. 16
Dual Meets Consider Running Paperless SwimTopia/Meet Maestro Recommended (Meet Manager also) Full team management or lite version for meets only No meet sheets, no lane cards (heat sheets printed at meet) Entries done on PC prior to meet day, either sent as entries like championships, or linked within the application Seed and score the meet on PC Export/upload results - no retyping Some Team Rep Comments on Using Meet Maestro: Meet entries are enormously easier to manage in SwimTopia. Coaches can work in collaboration from different places! No more paper and much lower risk of human error on averaging. No lost meet results. They're already in the computer so no one needs to keep track of the official results. Once meets are in Meet Maestro, both teams can do scratches on their own computers. Easily reduce heats, etc. Ability to produce awards labels, real time results app, much more 17
