Noisy dataset analysis baseline fitting and interference from VW ions Zhaoheng Gong Peking University Shenzhen Grad. Schl.
Will SQ baseline affect the fitting results? Baseline too high? It s OK here.
Is this because of the mz calibration? Can I just change the mz of O2inW ? Mz fitting is good.
Clinic diagnostic 1, Baseline: I m just trying to fit the noise. In this case, the baseline is good. 2, O2inW: Change its m/z, and the fitting is better. (You can see Peter DeCarlo s ppt on the 2009 user meeting for more information on VW ions.)
