Results and Discussion There are several legal bases that underlie the contribution of non- governmental organizations in controlling corruption Non-governmental organizations can be a balancer, community empowerment as well as an intermediary institution which has an active role as prevention, control and handling of various problems that occur in society or government. 01 03 Non-governmental Organizations as part of civil society 02
