RFI Approval & Release 9/16-22 SWG reviewed and approved draft RFI 9/23 RFI submitted to FCC for approval 10/14 FCC released PN approving RFI & FoNPAC opened RFI for responses 11/23 RFI responses were due 3
Telcordia Request For Additional Information 11/3 SWG Tri-chairs received letter from Telcordia requesting access to certain additional information 11/14 SWG Tri-chairs received letter from Neustar opposing Telcordia s request for any confidential information 11/17 SWG conference call to discuss response 11/18 SWG Tri-chairs sent response letter to Telcordia Letters filed and publicly available in WC Docket Nos. 07-149 & 09-109 4
RFI Responses 2 parties submitted responses to the RFI and 1 party filed comments with FCC During review of responses, SWG stressed need to ensure flexibility of next generation NPAC SWG is considering ways to generate interest from additional bidders to RFP 5
Target Dates for Upcoming Activities February 2012 SWG review and approval of RFP/TRD outline July 2012 SWG review and approval of RFP/TRD & Vendor Qualification Survey September 2012 Release of RFP/TRD & Vendor Qualification Survey (FCC expected to seek public comment prior to approval) November 2012 Responses to RFP due March-April 2013 SWG/NANC review and approval of Vendor Selection Recommendation 6
