  4. 69th Legislative Assembly - Composition of the Legislature - New Governor - Priorities of the Legislative assembly - Legislative process - Where are we now in the session?

  5. SB2395 This would create a universal licensing process for all Boards to follow. Also provides a framework for licensing board requirements in the state HB1270 Bills related to Licensing Boards Create a reporting of licensing actions and a complaint process for licensing boards. This bill was withdrawn/failed SB2308 Eliminated and consolidated many Boards and task forces in the state. Also contains a study to examine each licensing board in the state for potential consolidation or elimination.

  6. 2025 Vaccine Related Bills HB 1454 Relating to the medical liability of a government entity. HB 1457 Relating to an exemption to required vaccines. (Failed) HB 1458 Related to releasing a self-spreading virus. HB 1467 Relating to the publication of vaccine adverse event data and information. (Failed) HB 1519 Relating to death and vaccination records. (Failed)

  7. Out-of-Pocket Expenses for Prescription Drugs HB 1114 Relating to group health insurance coverage of insulin drugs and supplies. SB 2370 Companion bill for coverage of insulin drugs and supplies. HB 1216 Co-pay Accumulator bill HB 1451 and HB 1452 Relating to medical assistance for anti-obesity medication and minimum coverage of anti- obesity medications. (failed)

  8. HB 1478 Relating to contraceptive rights (Failed) HB 1543 Prescription Drug Pricing Study Other Bills of Interest HB 1594 Medical Cost Transparency

  9. SB 2249 Step Therapy protocol exceptions Additional Bills of Interest SB 2280 Relating to Prior Authorization SB 2388 OTC availability of Ivermectin (Failed)
