SB2395 This would create a universal licensing process for all Boards to follow. Also provides a framework for licensing board requirements in the state HB1270 Bills related to Licensing Boards Create a reporting of licensing actions and a complaint process for licensing boards. This bill was withdrawn/failed SB2308 Eliminated and consolidated many Boards and task forces in the state. Also contains a study to examine each licensing board in the state for potential consolidation or elimination.
2025 Vaccine Related Bills HB 1454 Relating to the medical liability of a government entity. HB 1457 Relating to an exemption to required vaccines. (Failed) HB 1458 Related to releasing a self-spreading virus. HB 1467 Relating to the publication of vaccine adverse event data and information. (Failed) HB 1519 Relating to death and vaccination records. (Failed)
