  7. FINANCE UPDATE Final Carry Forward Amounts have been certified by Finance Office carry forward should be budgeted by December 31 Copy of Vendor Contracts for FY 16 should be sent to state office- attention Dana Gray

  8. Data System Update

  9. DATA SYSTEM UPDATE Registering Programs and Entering Projected to Serve: All but 3 partnerships have entered PTS Many counties need to enter projected training hours (NEW) Will be receiving an email regarding any corrections that need to be made Outputs screens are ready for Child Care Training and Community Education. Please try to catch up with your data entry for these screens by the 1stQ data deadline. Adding the Health and Safety training requirement to the staff section of the Child Care Data. Quarterly data submissions will be reviewed by TAs during 2015-16 and Partnerships will be notified if TA has questions. First quarter deadline: October 31 (including CTK Summer 2015). NEW for FY16: Child Care Training follow-up visits to non-QE providersshould be entered in the FSDC within the Child Care Data section

  11. 4K UPDATE 4K Lead Teachers will engage in a PD day on Friday, Oct. 23 on educating the whole child throughout stages of development and typically developing milestones. Speech pathologists and therapists will work with us on strategies to bridge growth. And tips to share with parents!
