PREAMBULATORY CLAUSES o Introduction of the resolution o Describes the issue o Each clause starts with preambulatory phrase o End with , (a comma) o Example: The United Nations Human Rights Council Mindful of the severity of this issue, ASSEN MODEL UNITED NATIONS
