Support Procedures Who Do I contact when? Data isn t correct in HCM ticket to SSC/ITS Paycheck benefit deductions are incorrect ticket to SSC/ITS Benefits Reconciliation issues Adjustment needed/amounts incorrect work with Alight Trouble with process/report/query ticket to ITS Retiree billing questions Alight is system of record for retiree data Benefits window will not open in Alight ticket to SSC/ITS. We will assist with HR review and work with Alight as needed.
Benefits window will not open in Alight Job Data is driver for benefits
Benefits window will not open in Alight Home Address and address effective date is important. Will not be able to complete enrollment if address is effective dated after job data effective date. Data will not feed to Alight without address.
Recent Changes Savings plan changes - Plan types 4G, 4H & 4I allow for after tax elections only. Plan types 40, 46 and 49 allow for before tax elections
