  2. Selection of courses from the offer of the partner institution 1. The selected courses must guarantee the achievement of learning outcomes specified in the study program. The number of credits obtained at a partner institution must be no less than 30 ECTS. The selection should be made according to the level of study pursued at the University of Economics in Katowice. Only courses not previously taken by a student can be chosen. Courses can be completed semesters. 2. 3. 4. 5. "in advance" for future

  3. Recognition of courses 1. All previously approved courses taken by a student at a partner institution are recognized at the University of Economics in Katowice as long ECTS credits and grades have been assigned. Credits are recognized in accordance with the Transcript of Records (ToR). General courses (Polish: KR) and specialization courses (Polish: SP) are recognized after obtaining the consent of a Lecturer (USOS- information about Lecturer and syllabus/course description card) a student asks for consent before their mobility (via e-mail) the consent shall be sent to the Vice-Dean together with the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) Selected courses are approved by the Vice-Dean. The final decision on the recognition of learning outcomes is made by the Vice-Dean on the basis of ToR. 2. 3. 4.

  4. Courses and credits as offered by a partner university

  5. Copy the courses from Table A and the ECTS credits assigned to them. Next to the names of the courses from a partner university, write: the name of the course functioning at the University of Economics in Katowice that you will pursue at the partner university in case of their conversion to major or specialty subjects, "elective" if the subject from the partner university is considered a free choice elective. For each course, enter the points from the partner university (points from Table A = points from Table B)

  6. After mobility 1. Submission (application with the number of hours of activities in which a student participated, OLA, ToR) to the Vice-Dean. Optionally, submission of an application for exemption from the previously selected elective lecture. Completion of general and specialization courses : If a student leaves in the winter semester: from the summer semester (the student leaves before the end of the summer retake examination period) March of the following year (max - winter retake examination period immediately after returning from a partner university), from the winter semester September of the following year (max summer retake examination period), If a student leaves in the summer semester: from the winter semester (the student leaves before or during the examination period) September of the same year (max summer retake examination period), from the summer semester March of the following year (max winter retake examination period), students of the final semesters (6/4) max. September 30 of the same year (immediately after returning from the program) of an application for recognition of learning outcomes 2. 3.
