Strategic Planning Checklist Read through the Checklist Determine which of the priorities fit in with your view of your unit Which priorities address what you would like your unit to do This afternoon Review in your units/departments the Strategic Plan for 2008- 2009 that your department has created. Start thinking about how you will modify this plan for the next year by including the priorities where you fit.
