Why are we here today? Purpose: To give an insight into our leisure operation at Butlin s and to introduce the employment and developmental opportunities within the Leisure Department. Process: This is the first stage of building up a relationship with Lincoln University. Throughout this 15 minute presentation a clearer view will be given into what we can offer students and what they can offer us. Pay off: To provide details into the career opportunities and support systems available within Butlins during and after education.
