STUDY Important: Depending on the scholarship program, a minimum stay of 3 months or 90 consecutive days is required to go on a funded study abroad trip. Take into account the conditions per program. 14
INTERNSHIP > The student goes abroad during the predetermined period in his or her curriculum > If admitted by the coordinator, the student can also go aborad during holiday periods Important: Depending on the scholarship program, in order to go on a financed internship abroad, a minimum stay of 1 month or 60 consecutive days is required. What if there are more applicants than available scholarships? > priority rules - for study grant Flemish Community - special status (including functional disability recognized by VAPH) > study results internship: date submission of file can also play a role.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS RELATING TO STUDY AND INTERNSHIP > Emergency Form: informative document with information about the student. Must be forwarded to the ICO in advance. > Grant Agreement: document with agreements regarding the scholarship. Read it in advance and return it signed to the ICO. > Learning Agreement: Studydocument in which the program that the student will follow on site and the program that will replace the student at included. > Internship: document in which the content of the internship is included; LUCA is > This may be finalized in advance or at the start. 20-10-2021 34
Administratieveverplichtingen IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS RELATING TO STUDY AND INTERNSHIP > Certificateof Stay: document that must be completed and signed twice by a responsible person on site. 1 time at the start of the mobility and 1 time at the end of the mobility. This document serves as proof of participation in the study or internship. Please deliver it to the ICO as soon as possible. The payout of the grant (if applicable) is based on this, among other things. > Transcriptof Records(bijstudie):or points list. The student passes on his or her list of points to the ICO so that it can send it to the educational administration. > No points list = no points. 35
